No scientific basis
I am busy reading reports on ICT for Africa for the month of March (which is soooooo exciting). Anyway one of the really interesting trends that seems to be emerging is the growth of crime that uses some sort of electronics and the reaction by various private players with anti-crime measures. Note private companies, not the government (who is not keeping up well as per normal).
Wanted to put this down as a thought and blog is perfect spot to do it
