Next to the building where I work there is a 4 story parking garage, just for staff cars. On the way down on Friday I drove past a man standing with a pair of binoculars and a radio/walkie-talkie in his hand. Weird
Even weirder there were people on the roofline of the building opposite us (a shopping centre).
It felt like the movies, for real
